Reimagined Living is a direct response to the housing crisis and the importance of community that has arised since the coronavirus pandemic. It offers a new community housing model that will deliver design led, sustainable, affordable, mixed tenure, people centered homes through private lands, with the potential to be applied nationwide as a new development mechanism. We are asking the planners to consider this new approach, and wish to work with Fingal in the delivery of this new thinking housing concept through the coming development plan.

Reimagined Suburbia will deliver a new housing model, through private lands, that:

promote high standards in the design and construction and in the provision of residential amenity and services
encouraging best use of building land and optimal utilisation of services and infrastructure in the provision of new housing
pointing the way to cost effective options for housing design that go beyond minimum codes and standards; promoting higher standards of environmental performance and durability in housing construction
seeking to ensure that residents of new housing schemes enjoy the benefits of first-rate living conditions and equality to access affordable housing
